The proposal must include the title of the paper and a 200 word abstract. Deadline for the proposals to reach the chairs is January 15, 2005.

Papers on any aspect of Hungarian Studies which deal with the Hungarian present in light of the past or the past as a prelude to the present are welcomed. Multi-disciplinary papers are encouraged.

Information on hotels, airfares will be sent in the spring. A program of lectures, talks by government and educational representatives and field trips are being planned to complement the formal sessions.
